Den restlichen 1\/3 Teig seitlich an den R\u00e4ndern ca. 1 cm hoch aufbauen. Die F\u00fcllung in die mit Teig ausgelegte Springform sch\u00fctten.<br>&nbsp;<br>Backofen auf 180 Grad Celsius vorheizen, Backzeit: ca. 60 Minuten bei 175 -180 Grad &nbsp;<br>Warm gegessen ist die K\u00e4setorte besonders lecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcllung:<br>4 Eiwei\u00df mit Handmixer steif schlagen,<br>125 g Zucker und 1P Vanillezucker nach und nach dazugeben und zu einem festen Eischnee schlagen,<br>Saft einer Zitrone<br>Zum Schluss 1 geh\u00e4ufter EL Hartweizengries<br>50 g weiche Butter unterr\u00fchren.<br>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teig:<br>Dann die R\u00fchrbesen direkt in die kleine Sch\u00fcssel bewegen und das<br>4 Eigelb,<br>100 g Zucker,<br>Vanillemark oder Vanillezucker,<br>125 g weiche Butter und geriebene<br>Zitronenschale schaumig unterr\u00fchren.<br>Das Ganze dann mit 200g Mehl und Backpulver (ca. 1 gestrichener Teel\u00f6ffel ) gut verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"section-wrapper\" data-id=\"u465R4\"><section class=\"wp-block-gutenverse-section guten-element guten-section guten-u465R4 layout-boxed align-stretch\"><div class=\"guten-container guten-column-gap-default\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-gutenverse-column guten-element guten-column guten-NknvEY\"><div class=\"guten-column-wrapper\" data-id=\"NknvEY\">\n<p><strong>Variationen bei der K\u00e4sekuchen-F\u00fcllung mit anderen Fr\u00fcchten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nach Belieben einige frische oder tiefgefrorene. rote Johannesbeeren, Brombeeren, einige kleine Streifen frisch gesch\u00e4lter m\u00f6glichst s\u00e4uerlicher Aprikosen<strong><br><br>Mein Tipp:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frisch und selbstgeschlagene Schlagsahne ist unverzichtbar!!! Am Besten mit ein wenig restliche Vanille, die noch an der Stangen h\u00e4ngt.
